Paypal is having fits trying to let me re-up my membership, and I'm looking for just the ring pattern for the pinion (don't need the full guard, just the ring)...trying to cut this evening/tomorrow.

Here is a drawing that may help you to draw it for yourself. Otherwise I would recommend getting your Paypal account straightened out so you can become a contributing member and have access to the actual files.
