Coming back to this waaaaay late! A year and a month!Joe Jones wrote: Tue Jan 17, 2023 1:51 pmDo you want to grab a roll from a shelf to use elsewhere, or do you want to dispense the tape FROM the holder on the bench wall or bench top?KST1 wrote: Tue Jan 17, 2023 1:49 pm Some great ideas/designs on this thread. Anyone have anything for rolls of tape? Masking, duct, etc.
Joe
I'm looking for a rack to hold rolls to grab the roll and use elsewhere as you stated. I'd like to hold 10-12 rolls I think, but any size would be good.
I'll try to be watching for any replies this time!

Just a simple drawing for organizing 1" hex dies. Thought I'd contribute something quick as this site has been all kinds of fun to browse around!

Great idea on the die organizer, mine are all loose and takes too long to dig through them to find what I want. Thanks for sharing.jdslednut wrote: Sun Feb 18, 2024 10:38 pm Just a simple drawing for organizing 1" hex dies. Thanks for the file! Very nicely executed with your labels for each die. My metric and sae tap and die sets are still in the original cases from when I purchased them back in the 70's. But I do have some additional dies (spares) that I could use something like this for.jdslednut wrote: Sun Feb 18, 2024 10:38 pm Just a simple drawing for organizing 1" hex dies. Re: Tool & Garage Organization Thread
I only have the round dies that store in their original cases, along with the taps.
But you came up with a good alternative to rustling around in a "BOX", looking for the right one.
Spend a little time organizing, and save a bunch of time in the long run!
Nice thinking outside of the "BOX" - see what I did there.. HAHA!
