Hello , im looking for a dxf or dwg file of the table grates on a plasmacam 5 x 10' table. I have seen 4x8 but not 5x10. Thank you for any help, and keep this site going, its great for learning.

To export a DXF file from plasmacam, hit FILE then EXPORT, then select DXF as the format to save, choose a destination folder, enter a filename, check the boxes for arcs and polylines, and it will save a DXF file to the selected location.

Yeah ... There are better designs out there, but those will work.

I suggest you ditch the Samson 510 "waffle" grates and replace them with traditional 1/8"x2" curved flat bar set on edge. The Samson grates work ... but they are a total PITA.

I drew that one because it made sense. If the small tabs at the ends of the grates slip into a slot to align the material with the edge of the cutting area, why can't the individual points be replaceable as well?

I have not CUT these grates to test them, so the drawing is simply a modification of the original PlasmaCam files. I don't see why they would not work though.
